Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Genel Beslenme Alışkanlıkları, Katkılı Besinler Hakkındaki Bilgi, Görüş ve Tutumları

Öz

Araştırmaya Bayburt Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi, Atatürk Üniversitesi K.K.Eğitim Fakültesi, Fen Fakültesi, Edebiyat Fakültesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Tıp Fakültesi, Eczacılık Fakültesi ve Hemşirelik Meslek Yüksek okulunda öğrenim gören 1374 öğrenci katılmıştır. Deneklerin, besinlerin sağlıklı olmasına önem verdikleri ve sağlıklı besinleri tercih ettikleri, ancak dengeli ve sağlıklı bir diyet uygulama ve yalnızca öğünlerde yeme gibi davranış gerektiren ifadelerde aynı kararlılığı gösteremedikleri anlaşılmaktadır. Deneklerin, yapılması gerekeni bildikleri halde yaşamlarına uygulamadıkları, katkılı besinlere karşı ortak bir tutum sergilediği görülmektedir. Kız öğrencilerin az yağlı besinleri daha çok tercih ettikleri ve bunun da kız öğrencilerin dış görünüş ve sağlıklarına daha fazla önem göstermelerinden kaynaklanabileceği elde edilen bulgular arasındadır. Ayrıca verilere SPSS istatistik programı uygulanarak frekans ve yüzde dağılımları tespit edilmiştir. Verilen cevaplar arasında cinsiyet ve alanlar açısından fark olup olmadığına tespit için X2 metodu uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada cinsiyet ve farklı alanlarda öğrenim görmenin verilen yanıtlar üzerine etkisi X2 testi uygulanarak test edilmiş ve önemli bulunan sonuçlar tartışılmıştır. Cinsiyetin bütün teste verilen yanıtlara etkisi t- testi ile alanların etkisi de ANOVA ile analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır
