İLK KEZ DOĞUM YAPAN KADINLARDA GEBELİK ÖNCESİ VE DOĞUM SONRASI DÖNEMLERDE DİSPARONİ SIKLIĞI VE İLİŞKİLİ DURUMLAR

Öz

Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı ilk kez doğum yapan kadınlarda gebelik öncesi ve doğum sonrası
dönemlerde disparoni görülme sıklığını ve ilişkili durumları incelemektir.
Yöntem: Mart 2007 ve Şubat 2009 tarihlerinde kesitsel olarak yapılan araştırmaya olasılıksız
örnekleme yöntemi ile ilk doğumunu yapan 391 kadın alındı. Kadınlarla, doğum sonrası birinci günde ve
yaklaşık bir yıl sonra olmak üzere toplam iki kez görüşme yapıldı. Veriler, bir anket formu ile doğum sonrası
birinci günde yüz yüze ve ortalama 11.6±3.8 ayda telefonla görüşme yapılarak toplandı.
Bulgular: Kadınların %34.8’i gebelikten önce, %38.9’u gebelikleri süresince ve %28.9’u doğum
sonrası dönemde disparoni yaşadıkları belirlendi. Lojistik regresyon analizi sonuçları, gebelikten önceki
dönemde disparoni görülme olasılığının eğitimi olmayan ve gelir düzeyini düşük olarak algılayan kadınlarda
arttığını gösterdi. Ayrıca, ev hanımı olan, gelir düzeyini düşük olarak algılayan ve gebelikten önce disparoni
öyküsü olan kadınlarda doğum sonrası dönemde disparoni görülme olasılığının arttığı saptandı.
Sonuç: Bu araştırmanın sonuçları, gebelik öncesi ve doğum sonrası dönemlerde disparoni görülme
sıklığının oldukça yüksek olduğunu ve gebelik öncesi disparoni öyküsünün doğum sonrası disparoni için önemli
bir risk faktörü olduğunu gösterdi.
