Dragon Festivali’nde Örgüt Kültürü, Takım Birlikteliği ve Takım Performansı

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı örgüt kültürünün ve takım birlikteliğinin takım performansına olan etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, araştırmanın evrenini, İzmir il sınırları içinde düzenlenen İzmir Kurumlararası Dragon Festivali’ne katılan takım üyeleri oluşturmuştur. Kümelere göre örnekleme ile kullanılabilir 399 anket elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, örgüt kültürü ile takım performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki; takım birlikteliği ile takım performansı arasında ise anlamlı ve negatif ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Örgüt kültürü ile takım birlikteliği arasında da anlamlı ve negatif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Örgüt kültürü ile takım performansı arasındaki ilişkiye, takım birlikteliğinin aracı değişken olarak etki edip etmediğinin de irdelendiği araştırmada takım birlikteliğinin, örgüt kültürü ile takım performansı arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık ettiği belirlenmiştir.

Organizational Culture, Team Cohesion and Team Performance in Dragon Festival

Öz

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of organizational culture and team cohesiveness on team performance. A quantitative research method was used in the research, the population of the research constitutes team members who participate in Interenterprise Dragon Festival organized within the provincial borders of Izmir. With cluster sampling method, 399 usable questionnaires were obtained. When the results of the research were evaluated, it was found that there was a meaningful and positive relationship between organizational culture and team performance, and a meaningful and negative relationship between team cohesiveness and team performance. A meaningful and negative relationship was also found between organizational culture and team cohesiveness. In the study, the relationship between organizational culture and team performance, whether the team cohesion has an impact or not as a mediator, team cohesiveness was concluded to be the mediator in relationship between organizational culture and team performance.
