DÜZELTME: Cantrell Pentalojisi Prenatal Tanısı: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Cantrell Pentaloji, nadir görülen ve omfalosel ilişkili ektopic cordis ve çeşitli intrakardiak anomalilerin prognozda önemli rol oynadığı bir sendromdur. Bu sendromun spektrumuna beş anomali dahil olmakla
beraber bütün anomalilerin birlikte görüldüğü komplet Cantrell Pentaloji görülme sıklığı çok düşüktür ve vakalar halinde bildirilmiştir. Komplet tipinin prognozunun inkomplet vakalara kıyasla daha kötü olduğu bilinir. Sporadik vakalar halinde rastlanan Cantrell Pentalojisinin etiyolojisi bilinmemektedir. Gebelikte, perinatal ve neonatal dönemde prognozun kötü olması nedeniyle multidisipliner yaklaşım önerilir. Biz de bu vaka takdiminde komplet Cantrell Pentalogy vakamızı literatür ışığında tartıştık.
